I wanted to create something that truly represented my personality and personal interests. I have always loved documentary style filmmaking like nature documentaries produced by National Geographic. Something else that I’ve been inspired by is the old Hollywood style with it's simple black and white colour pallet .
National Geographic’s “window” logo allows you to see into different worlds that most people haven’t seen before, which is why I wanted to use that concept in my own logo. This allows audiences to expect the unexpected when it comes to my work. They can expect to see new, exciting, and unique things from me each time they look to my portfolio. Using a font called “Noir”, (which is a modern twist on the old Hollywood style), I was able to customize the font to fit my hand drawn design of “TC STUDIOS”. The logo has an adventurous but stylish feel that represents my outgoing personality and style.
